My boss is the absolute best in Milwaukee. She never forgets to tell me that I am doing a great job but most of all she treats me like a valued member of her team.

My boss, Susan, is an excellent employer. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and feel that she truly lives by example in all facets of her life. The culture that she and the other owners have established at our workplace allows for everyone to contribute ideas and constructive criticism openly. I work closely with Susan on new business development and client management. She always treats me as an equal and we collaborate to make key decisions about the direction of the business and for the betterment of client work. She is thoughtful of everyone's unique contributions to the business and is very diligent about communicating thanks and positive reinforcement for a job well done.
